Beetroot Juice for Balanced Blood Sugar

Ingredients
1 medium fresh beetroot (peeled and chopped)
1 small carrot (optional, for added sweetness)
1/2 lemon (freshly squeezed)
1 small piece of ginger (about 1–2 cm)
1 cup water
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients:
Wash, peel, and chop the beetroot into small pieces. Do the same for the carrot and ginger.
Blend:
Add the beetroot, carrot, ginger, and water into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Strain (optional):
If you prefer a smoother juice, strain the mixture using a fine sieve or cheesecloth.
Add lemon juice:
Stir in the freshly squeezed lemon juice for a refreshing taste.
Serve:
Pour into a glass, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
