Herbal Leaf Paste for Circulation Support

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh green leaves (such as neem or similar edible herbal leaves)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash the leaves thoroughly to remove dirt and impurities.
  2. Place the leaves in a blender with 1 cup of water.
  3. Add ginger if you want a stronger flavor and extra benefits.
  4. Blend until you get a smooth paste or juice-like consistency.
  5. Strain the mixture if you prefer a smoother drink (optional).
  6. Add lemon juice and honey to improve taste.
  7. Serve fresh, or apply as a paste depending on preference.

Note:
While some herbs may support general health, claims like “cleansing blood vessels” or curing circulation problems are exaggerated and not scientifically proven.
